Jack Is Curious: Do Farts Make old People Go Faster? (Book 4)
Recommended for ages 3 and above
This charming series views the world from the inquisitive eye of a child; each book addresses a question that could baffle many a parent. A perfect series for bedtime reading.
Jack is a loveable, cheeky and curious boy who lives in an old Peranakan-style house in Singapore. He is interested in all people, but especially old people. One day, he hears some strange noises on the way to the supermarket with Mama. Whoooosh! Prrrahhp! Bssshhh! He sees old people zooming forward. What is happening? Mama carefully explains he is hearing gas escaping...and that gives Jack a funny idea. Mama and her curious son will tickle readers young and old.

'My twin Aksel insisted on reading the fart book, as it is now called in my house. Both boys read along and corrected me when I did not get the sounds like "Whoosh!” correct — hilarious! I think it will be read many more times before bedtime.'
— Anna Bervander, Founder Lagom Kids
'Very fresh and very personal. A mother sharing secrets with her son—and with the reader at the same time.'
